Since the inception in 1967, MMHA has been an important voice on mental health
in Malaysia. Today, our group of mental health professionals and community
leaders work with various establishments and communities to pursue social
awareness, inclusive legislations and greater accessibility to mental health

The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses provided by the Malaysian Mental
Health Association (MMHA) is a skills-based early-intervention training
programme, equipping individuals with the knowledge and confidence to recognise,
connect and respond to mental health problems or crises.
