WARRANTY

My well loved Razer Barracuda X has met it’s end (it still works just physical)
and has broken. It was bought from Oct. 2 2022 to Dec. 31 2022, which means that
it is in the time period of the warranty date. I just want to know if I need to
ship the headphones in the box in order for it to get repaired. (Any other

After making sure everything was updated to the latest drivers, etc. the NVIDIA
Control Panel says “Advanced Optimus NO” and the NVIDIA Control Panel lacks the
option to manage the display mode.

swollen and I'm looking for a replacement one. I should be out of warranty by

MY RAZER NAGA PRO WILL NOT CHARGE (PLEASE HELP)


To preface this article, I would like to state that the razer naga pro is by far
the most expensive thing that I own. I run on an old laptop with broken keys,
and a USB keyboard I won at dave and busters. I would SINCERELY appreciate any
help I can get so as to avoid spending any of my very limited pocket money. My
Razer Naga Pro out of the blue two days ago at about 9:55 PM lost charge. I have
been charging it for the past two days to no avail. Different outlets, direct
connect to PC, nothing. Ask me anything you need to know, I will answer, I am
desperate to get this expensive problem fixed. This is my lifeline, how I do
work and how I have fun, how I engage with all my friends and how I research for
my job and my major. Many, many thanks to those who decide to help me, I cannot

SYNAPSE SHOWING WRONG BATTERY PERCENTAGE ON BLACKSHARK V2 PRO HEADSET?


It seems the new synapse (aka not synapse 3) is showing the wrong battery
percentage, but i don't really know how to fix it. It was showing 80% for a long
time and when my headset finally beeped, signaling 30% it showed up as 50% in
synapse?? Is there a fix for this? It's the blackshark v2 pro 2020 edition btw.
It's apparently supported in the new synapse software.

RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 HYPERSPEED STATIC


Hello, I have just replaced my old Kraken with a Blackshark. The sound is much
worse on the new headset. There is a constant static sound when the headphones
are turned on regardless of if connected via bluetooth or directly wired into
the laptop (a new Blade 18). I have tried the following: Update firmware Disable
THX Disable any sound enhancements Remove and reinstall Synapse Uninstall and
reinstall headset drivers Try all USB ports on the laptop I’ve even tested the
headset on a different laptop - same issue Thanks.
