Welcome!

I am a Health Coach, 500 hr certified yoga teacher, cycle teacher and public
speaker focused on empowering active people to improve their health and
happiness through optimal nutrition, fitness and mindfulness. I will help you to
make and sustain long-term beneficial modifications to your eating habits and
ultimately your lifestyle. This journey will result in weight loss and increased
energy and vitality. I will take you down a path of healthy and tasty eating
that is affordable and that even busy people can adhere to.
