This Cookie Policy explains how Talend and its group companies (collectively
“Talend”, “we“, “us“, and “ours“) use cookies and similar technologies to
recognise you when you visit our websites at Talend.com and services
(“Websites“).  It explains what these technologies are and why we use them, as
well as your rights to control our use of them.


WHAT ARE COOKIES?

COOKIES AND CCPA COMPLIANCE AT TALEND



Talend does not sell information as the term “sell” is traditionally used.
However, to the extent “sale” under the CCPA is interpreted to include
advertising technology activities, such as those disclosed in the Analytics and
Advertising and Managing Cookies sections of the Talend Group Privacy Notice, as
a “sale,” we will comply with applicable law as to such activity.

Within the last 12 months, we may have “sold” or “shared” information within
each of the following categories:

Personal Information:

 * Identifiers like email address, IP address, cookies, and other user tracking
   information.
 * Internet or Other Network Activity.
 * Geolocation data.
 * Professional or employment-related information.
 * Inferences about your preferences.

Sensitive Personal Information: None.

their personal information with third parties who are not Talend “service
providers” (as those these terms are defined in the CCPA). If you are a
California resident, we monitor and respond to do not track signals for targeted
advertising you may have set up in your browser.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for
example, changes to the cookies we use or for other operational, legal or
