WHO WE ARE

We were established in 2014 as a cafe in a converted vennel. We aim to find and
serve the tastiest coffee, working with roasters from around the globe to brew
these coffees for ourselves and share them with you. 

A few years and many espressos later we dived into the world of roasting.
Sourcing some of the highest quality coffees in the world and partnering with
the best specialty cafes, creating coffee experiences for people who love
coffee.

🔥Fresh Drop🔥 Introducing Izuba Anoxic Natural. We've had Izuba in the past and
loved it so much that we decided to launch another instalment, an Anoxic Natural
this time. What does that mean? Well... Coffee cherries are hand-picking and
floating then sealed in a deep-cleaned fermentation tank sealed, and topped with
fresh cool water, creating an anoxic environment for 48-72 hours. This unique
process regulates temperature to prevent over-fermentation. After fermentation,
the cherries are rinsed, drained, and sun-dried on raised beds for 25-30 days,
resulting in exceptional coffee quality. This coffee has notes of concord grape,
orange zest, a hint of vanilla and a silky body. Super sweet and delicious ideal
for an espresso or flat white.
