¶ KANALIIGA - CORPORATE ESPORTS LEAGUE


Kanaliiga on elektronisen urheilun firmaliiga.

Kanaliiga ry järjestää esports-turnauksia, -sarjoja ja -tapahtumia
yritysjoukkueille. Yrityssarjoja erilaisissa lajeissa on järjestetty jo pitkään,
mutta PC- tai konsolipelaaminen ei ole ollut näiden lajien joukossa.

Kanaliigan toiminta käynnistyi syksyllä 2018, jotta työelämässä olevat pelaajat
voisivat pelata työkavereidensa kanssa ja pääsisivät kilpailemaan muita
yritysjoukkueita vastaan. Ensimmäinen turnaus järjestettiin pelissä PUBG:
Battlegrounds ja nyt mukana on muun muassa Counter-Strike: Global Offensive,
Rocket League sekä Dota 2. Pelejä järjestetään kuukausittain ja suurimmissa
turnauksissa mukana on useita satoja pelaajia. Kanaliiga toimii
vapaaehtoisvoimin ja huimaa vauhtia laajentunutta toimintaa kehitetään yhteisön
ja yhteistyökumppaneiden palautteen, kysynnän sekä tuen mukaan.

Pelaaminen toimii yritysten sisällä yhdistävänä tekijänä, joka auttaa luomaan
yhteishenkeä sekä verkostoitumaan isoissa yrityksissä. Kanaliigaan voivat
osallistua kaikki yritysjoukkueet kaikilta toimialoilta. Turnauksiin
osallistuneet pelaajat ovat olleet kokeneita pelaajia sekä tuoreita kykyjä –
osallistuakseen ei siis tarvitse olla ammattilaispelaaja. Pitempien
kausimuotoisten pelien välissä pidetään myös erilaisia lyhyempiä turnauksia ja
yhteisötapahtumia.

Sosiaalisten medioiden lisäksi olemme aktiivisia myös Discordissa. Meitä onkin
Discordissa pian jo 3000 jäsentä!
