beaton, NAB, Victoria State Government and all our award category, media and

Despite the trying circumstances of the last 12 months it was great to see so
many returning entrants as well as a whole host of new names on the list of
Winners. We commend everyone taking part on your commitment to improving client
service.

This year also saw the inaugural edition of the Client Choice Festival take
place. It was a great celebration and discussion of excellent client service in
professional services. Client Choice Festival will return next year and more
information will be made available to all Client Choice Awards 2022 entrants.
