agreed by you, you shall solely bear the total cost of further deliveries of the

give no refund to you for the products and/or services under the aforementioned

SNS NETWORK attempts to provide the product and service descriptions as

13. Return and Refund Policy
1. We guarantee all products from SNS Network are brand new and first class
quality from their manufacturers. Therefore, we DO NOT accept any return from
customer UNLESS it is damaged or defected during transit. Please notify us
within 24 hours from the moment you receive the good and found that it is
damaged or defected. Failure to do so will be treated at your own risk, SNS
Network will not going to responsible and accept any return after that.
2. For customer who insists to return the product that without any damages or
defects during transit, exchanges or refund will be subject to a 5% of
prosessing fees EXCLUDING shipping cost.
Return Procedures
For customer who require making the return, please make sure you follow the
procedures below to ease our process and expedites your replacement/refund:
(1) Notify us through e-mail at online@sns.com.my within 24 hours.
(2) Specify the following details in your e-mail:
– date and time you received the products
– Order Number
– brand and model number
– prefer replacement or refund
– reason for the Replacement or Refund(3) Obtain a “Return Authorization” from
SNS Network via e-mail (please note that no return will be accepted without a
Return Authorization from SNS Network).
(4) Write the Authorization Reference Number on your return-shipping label.
(5) The returned product must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, with all ORIGINAL
PACKAGING and UNUSED WARRANTY CARD.

Note: SNS Network Is Not Responsible For Any Product Returned For
Replacement/Refund That Is Not Returned In The Manner Set Forth Above.
The returned product will be sent to manufacturer/supplier for investigation
before any replacement or refund can be made.

In addition to disclosure of identification and contact particulars as
contemplated herein, SNS NETWORK will collect, store, compile and utilize
information about you and your use of the Website including without limitation,
information that you provide to SNS NETWORK’s registration forms.

All transactions on the Website are to be conducted and payable in Ringgit
Malaysia (RM), unless otherwise indicated.

address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or
rented to any entities or individuals outside of SNS Network.

SNS Network is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You
are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any
personal information.
Cookies
A “cookie” is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows
SNS Network to recognize you each time you visit this site(customisation etc).
Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and SNS Network does
not use cookies to collect personal information. Cookies may also be used by 3rd
party content providers such as newsfeeds.

While we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee

Product Pricing And Availability
Model, prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change
without prior notice. Price quoted of products exclude installation, transport,
training, on-site support and bank or transaction charges unless other wise
specified. Due to the dynamic nature of the computer industry, descriptions may
not reflect current technical information. Any typographical or photographic
errors in the product specifications or errors in the pricing or offers are
subject to correction.
Manufacturer Support Information
Most manufacturers will require that products still under warranty be serviced
through SNS Network. However, if the manufacturer is willing to service its
product directly, then the customer will be responsible in arranging transport
to and collection from the manufacturer.

ANTI SPAM POLICIES
This page outlines our policy concerning the sending of unsolicited email
(usually referred to as “spam”). You should also read our Privacy Policy.
1. What will you use my email address for?
a. Email address entered into the Newsletter Subscription form
We use the email address that you enter into the free newsletter subscription
form for only one purpose: to send you the newsletter that you signed up for.
That’s it.
b. Email address entered into Feedback form
We do not store or transmit any email addresses that you enter into our Feedback
form . Most of the Feedback form do require any email address to be entered. It
is requested for the purpose of generating a script or web page that you
requested. It will be embedded in the script or page and not stored in our
system.
c. In general
We hold to a very strict no spam policy, since we are very much against spam
ourselves.
2. Do you sell my email address to any third party?
For a longer statement on this, check our Privacy Policy. But the answer is
actually only one word long: NO.
3. Newsletter Sign Up
You can sign up for the free snsnetwork newsletter below. The newsletter is
where the articles on this site are first published. We only put those articles
on the website when time permits, but you can get it delivered right into your
mailbox for convenient reading. Newsletter readers also get information about
any updates to the articles or products.

3. HOW WE USE IT
SNS NETWORK uses your information to help us understand your needs and interests
and provide you with better services. Specifically, we use your information to
help you complete a transaction or order, to communicate with you, to provide
service and support, to update you on services and benefits, to personalize
promotional offers and to personalize our web sites. Occasionally we may also
use your information to contact you for market research regarding SNS NETWORK

participate in market research. We give you a choice regarding SNS NETWORK wide

convenience and SNS NETWORK does not control those sites or their privacy
practices, which may differ from ours. SNS NETWORK does not endorse or make any
representations about them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any

choose to give to unrelated third parties is covered by their privacy policies,
not the SNS NETWORK Privacy Policy. Some third-party companies may choose to
share their personal data with SNS NETWORK; that sharing is governed by that
