If you are seeing this notification, you are NOT using the Pulse Secure desktop
application on your DB laptop to connect to dbRAS. All users must use the Pulse
Secure desktop application to connect to dbRAS. You are no longer able to login
using the dbRASnet website.

Please follow these step-by-step instructions to connect to dbRAS with the Pulse
Secure desktop client.

 


THE WINDOWS 10 "EDGE" BROWSER IS CURRENTLY NOT SUPPORTED

You're attempting to use the unsupported Windows 10 "Edge" browser to log in to
dbRAS.

To continue using dbRAS on Windows 10, choose Start > All Apps > Windows
Accessories > Internet Explorer and come back to this page.
