Q. How can I find out information regarding a particular lab/center?

Please follow the steps below to find information related to any LPL lab/center.

 1. You need to log onto www.lalpathlabs.com and click on ‘Find a Lab’ tab on
    the website home page
    
    
 2. In this case, let’s say that you wanted to locate a lab in Gurgaon. Hence,
    you chose the option ‘Pan India Network’ and were re-directed to the below
    page.
    
    
 3. In the next step you need to select ‘Delhi NCR’ from the states dropdown and
    ‘Gurgaon’ from the city dropdown and then click on ‘Submit’.
    
    
 4. Once the above steps have been done, system shows all the lab/centres in the
    Gurgaon city of Delhi NCR region. On this page, you can filter down on the
    basis of
    (i) Lab
    (ii) Collection Centre
    (iii) Labs with Radiology facility
    
    
    
 5. Let’s say we are looking at a lab with radiology facility and once these
    filters are chosen, only those options are shown which fulfill this
    criterion.
    
    
 6. You now need to click on the lab name to get to the lab details page. We
    chose sector 14 as the lab for which details are sought.
    
    
 7. On this page, you can not only see the details pertaining to that particular
    lab but also
    (i) See the lab photos
    (ii) See the complete list of pathology tests offered
    (iii) See the complete list of radiology tests offered
    (iv) Write a review
    (v) Seek directions from the lab to desired destination
    (vi) See centres nearby

Q. Linking report(s) not showing in My Reports section:

There could be an instance wherein you might have changed you mobile number
which was given at the time of registration and have currently signed up on the
LPL website with a different mobile number and want the previous reports to show
under this. Not to worry, we will help you in getting the same if you follow the
instructions given below.

 1. The first and the most important pre-requisite for this is that you must
    have all the previous lab numbers/password with you to be able to link them
    to your new number.
 2. You now need to login to www.lalpathlabs.com with new mobile number and
    password to be able to access ‘My Reports’ section.
 3. Once you have successfully logged in, and see the page with all the reports,
    scroll to the end of the page where you will see the ‘Missing Reports? Click
    here to link’ text. Click on the same to proceed.
    
    
 4. On the next page, you will be required to enter the lab number and the
    corresponding password to let our system search this particular record for
    you.
    
    
 5. Once the record has been found, you will see two options namely: to LINK the
    report or to CANCEL and go back to the report listing page.
    
    
 6. If you click on LINK, the above record will be added to your account and you
    will be re-directed to the report listing page. Points 4,5 need to repeated
    each time to add all the previous lab numbers one-by-one.

Q. What are Swasth points?

Points accumulated in the consumer wallet of Dr Lal PathLabs are called Swasth
points. 1 Swasth point = Re 1.

Q. How can I earn Swasth points?

You can find labs and centres using this link -

Q. How can I redeem my Swasth points?

For redeeming the Swasth points, you can walk into our nearest lab or book a
test on our website/APP; your maximum possible Swasth points can be redeemed
from your account.

Q. Can Swasth Points be encashed?

Swasth Points cannot be encashed or transferred to the Bank or any other digital
wallet.

Q. Can I transfer my Swasth points?

No, Swasth points cannot be transferred to any other LPL customer

Q. How can I add money to the LPL wallet?

Money cannot be added to the LPL wallet directly. However, you can accumulate
Swasth points through promotional offers.

Q. Can I lose my earned Swasth points?

Earned Points will have a pre-defined validity. In case of non-usage, the point
will be expired within 6 months from the date they are credited to the wallet.

Q. Can I club Swasth points with other promotional offers?

No, Swasth points cannot be clubbed with any other promotional or discount
offers unless specified otherwise.

Q. Are all tests eligible for earning Swasth Points?

All individual tests except health packages and government-regulated tests are
eligible for earning Swasth points.

*Special price tests/discounted tests will not be considered for the earning of
the swath points.

Q. How many Swasth points can I earn in my wallet?

A maximum of 1000 Swasth points can be earned in the wallet per mobile number

Q. How many Swasth points can I redeem per order?

100% of Swasth points can be redeemed per order.

Q. How many times can I earn the Swasth points?

Swasth points can be earned only twice a day and a maximum of 5 times in a
month.

Q. How soon will the points be credited to the patient's wallet?

The customers will receive the points within 24 hours in their wallets after the
final report is released.
