What is the contract address?

$DOG is deployed at 0x9e53e88dcff56d3062510a745952dec4cefdff9e on the Base
network.

Where can I trade (or farm with) $DOG

The central liquidity pool for $DOG resides at aerodrome.finance, where you can
also provide $DOG/WETH LP in order to farm $AERO tokens. 

Why isn't there locked liquidity?

Because of the way aerodrome.finance works, there doesn't need to be. The
project controls very little of the liquidity pool, so it would be impossible to
rug $DOG.

What is Aerodrome? What is ve(3,3)?

Aerodrome is Base's largest DEX and uses a form of tokenomics called ve(3,3) in
order to incentivize users to provide liquidity. The ve(3,3) flywheel makes it
so that there is always a reason to possess $DOG and provide LP, giving $DOG
intrinsic value.

ve(3,3) is a complex topic and there are lots of articles on how it works. This
one, about Aerodrome's sister project on the Optimism network, is a good place
to start.
