Terms & Conditions
1. These Redemption Terms & Conditions (which include the Redemption Details)
set out the basis for participating in the Redemption Campaign identified below.
2. By entering or participating in the Redemption Campaign you agree to these
Redemption Terms & Conditions.
3. Simplot Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) reserves the right to amend these
Redemption Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
4. The redemption campaign is open to fellow shoppers who are 18 and above and
are residents within Malaysia. Employees, affiliates, and their immediate family
members of Simplot Malaysia Sdn Bhd are not eligible to participate.
Redemption Details
5. The redemption of RM5 Touch ‘n Go Reload (“TnG”) will only be given with
purchase of any TWO (2) Simplot Frozen Potatoes products in a single receipt
from any participating stores (refer list below) and will only be available upon
a first come first serve basis, for first 1000 valid redemption during the
purchase / sampling period (refer to the list below) (“Redemption Period /
Sampling Period”) .
6. To redeem for the RM5 Touch ‘n Go Reload;
a.
To participate for the redemption program
Purchase of TWO (2) Simplot Frozen Potatoes products in a single receipt from
participating stores during the Redemption Period;
Upload receipt image via
https://simplotfrozenpotatoesredemption.myideascontest.com/ or scan the QR code
from the on-ground promotion stall. This will take you directly to the official
redemption site.
b.
Receipt Requirements
The receipt image must be clear and legible.
The receipt must contain the following information:
* Store name,
* Date of purchase,
* Receipt number,
* Participating products.
* Accepted file formats (for receipt submission): JPEG, JPG, PNG. Maximum file
size: 10MB
7. Simplot Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Simplot”) reserves the right to disqualify any
participant who does not comply with any of these terms and conditions.
8. All TnG codes are awarded “as is” and are strictly not for sale,
non-transferable, non-exchangeable and may not be encashed.
9. Simplot accepts no responsibility for any missing / lost or expired TnG.
10. Each valid receipt can only be used to redeem ONE (1) RM5 TnG code.
Photocopies, altered or tampered receipts will not be accepted and will be
entirely disqualified. Simplot’s decision will be final, and no appeals will be
entertained.
11. The appointed redemption agency will send via WhatsApp the RM5 TnG code to
the consumer after receiving and validating the Proof of Purchase. Proof of
Purchase received will go through a vetting and verification process, therefore
the entire fulfilment process would be completed by or before 28 th February
2025.
12. The RM5 TnG code can then be used (to redeem and governed by the terms and
conditions within) via the Touch 'n Go mobile app
(https://www.touchngo.com.my/ewallet/).
13. Simplot reserves the right to vary, extend, suspend, or terminate this gift
with purchase (RM5 TnG code) at its sole discretion at any time without prior
notice.
14. Only the mentioned participating stores (within the stipulated dates) shall
the considered as valid for this redemption campaign. Any purchase or receipts
besides the stores listed below (and date) will not be accepted and will be
considered as invalid.
