Why can’t I buy tickets? Lincoln Center is upgrading the software that powers
our ticketing system. Our new ticketing system will make it easier for you to
buy tickets in the future. To complete this upgrade, we must temporarily take
our ticketing systems offline. Can I call to buy tickets? Not yet. Our call
center and box offices are powered by the same software that powers our website,
so they are also offline during this planned maintenance. If you have questions
in the interim, please feel free to call our Customer Service department at
212.875.5456 (daily 10:00 am–9:00 pm).
When should I come back? We expect the upgrade to be complete by Wednesday, May
13. Want to be notified when we’re back online? Sign up with your email above.
