Stakeholders please note that IEPF forms [IEPF-1, IEPF-1A, IEPF-2, IEPF-4,
IEPF-5, IEPF-5 e-verification report] are getting launched on V3 portal on 15th
July 2024 at 12:00 AM. Please refer What’s New section for more details. || Due
to unprecedented number of filings, currently IEPFA is processing claims for
which verification reports were filed in August 2023. We are in the process of
improving our systems and request you to bear with us for the delay and
inconvenience caused || Steps to file IEPF 5 || Notice inviting comments from
various stakeholders on draft rules for refund process from IEPF || Due to
non-working of NSDL Share Refund system, the share refund pertaining to
companies which have transferred shares in NSDL Demat Account has been delayed
till further updation by NSDL. || IMPORTANT: Email id
iepf.grievances@mca.gov.in is the only email id for communication with IEPFA
(for claimants below 75 years of Age)for all claims related issues e.g.
grievances, documents submission, claim status enquiry and all other related
matters. Email forwarded on any other email ID will not be entertained from now
onwards || Claims rejected by companies in e-verification report are summarily
rejected. Claimants may approach companies and their nodal officers to rectify
discrepancies and file new claim SRN || IEPFA requests all the claimants to
apply directly for claims refund through the official website www.iepf.gov.in by
filling IEPF form 5. Any other means of application or engagement of middleman
might lead to discrepancy or rejection of your case. || Claimants are advised to
inform IEPF Authority immediately, if approached or assured by any
Broker/Middleman or Agent to get their claims refund. || IEPFA acknowledges
communication from the verified contact details only, provided by the claimants
while filling IEPF form 5 online. Make sure no one misuses your registered
contact details to approach IEPFA. || IEPFA's Special Window Facility for Senior
Citizens of age 75 years and above. Telephone number 011-23441747 and email id
seniorcitizen.iepfa@mca.gov.in || IEPFA never supports any
middleman/broker/agent for refund of claims || Procedure for refund of claims
through IEPF Authority is Simple, Easy and FREE OF COST || Use only authorized
website www.iepf.gov.in to file for claim refund. || Track your Claims/Refund
status using your User Id & SRN here || Do not fall prey to Ponzi schemes.

unclaimed dividends, matured deposits/debentures etc. to investors, promoting
