Maryia Raulynaitiene I'm really pleased with the care that I've had here and cannot really fault it. Maryia is really attentive with a kind and gentle approach which is very much welcomed. She is really hands on, and the outdoor activities have variety and substance which am so grateful for as the children have always benefitted from this. Getting our son to his previous nursery was a struggle every day, so we were really anxious about starting again, but needn't have been at all! Our son is/was quite shy but every carer greets, talks and cares for him as if family, us too! Sarah said she would have him bounding in within weeks (I was very doubtful!) and she wasn't wrong....every morning he is up and bouncing to go to his 'Adventure Nursery' which is priceless to see as a parent. It’s always a really nervous process when your first time parents and making decision about starting nursery. The staff were so helpful in making Wilf feel at home and assuring me along the way too and still do and he’s been going over a year. We were nervous about moving nurseries but I can safely say it's been the best thing to come from covid lockdown. My son loves coming to nursery, and all the staff are excellent. They worked very hard to help him settle in. The range of activities are always tailored to the children’s interests and have learning goals in mind. All of the staff, from management through to her key worker and other nursery staff are brilliant - they are super friendly and approachable yet exceptionally professional and provide a home from home environment for my daughter. Child safety and safeguarding is considered paramount by all staff, which as a parent is the top priority when looking at childcare options, and they balance this well with ensuring each and every day is fun, engaging, and provides opportunities for my child to learn. I love how they are led by the children’s interests when planning activites - I feel this really helps to maximise development (and enjoyment!). I’m thrilled that I can drop my daughter off each day with full confidence that she will be looked after safely and lovingly and that the staff there do everything they can to allow her to thrive. -Emily Banana Moon Day Nursery Chipping Norton We have had two children go to Banana Moon. The management and staff have been wonderful. They provide in person debriefs every day. The app is always updated so we know what they have been up to, and even provide photos of the children doing activities. We’ve been very impressed with them and the children have loved their time there. -Mr Wilson Lancaster Lodge Childcare Ltd With my first child (5 years ago)we were more than happy with the nursery , but now with our second we see big differences. The owner kept getting more and more kids , with the same number of staff and the service went downhill. Most of the good staff already left and the ones which left are not so enthusiastic about the job. Sometimes they are so busy chatting to each other , that the kids got hurt . I can not fault them in any way. The staff are exceptional and really do care about your children. Great place for the children to socialise and experience new things and the daily outings are wonderful. We came across dee dee’s and gave them a call and they couldn’t of been anymore accommodating and welcoming, my son has been going here a year and a half and he has come on so much since going and he loves going every morning when I pull up he runs to the entrance so I’m glad he loves it as much as he does. The staff are all lovely and let us know every day what he’s been upto and what he’s ate. The staff are all lovely and friendly and I know my son is safe with them :) -Clare Leach Tech First Uk excellent -DR SUSHIL bahl Alban Music Therapy received therapy from Max Ryz for abandonment issues and early childhood trauma, Max failed to turn up for x2 separate appointments and then on a separate occasion called unsolicited - harassed and bullied me. NHS report validates these claims. Max has narcissistic wounding from early childhood himself, the work he has done on himself hasn't dropped and consequently Max counter transfers narcissistic abuse to he's clients regardless of Children/Adults, vulnerable, deaf or blind. Do not recommend Max Ryz, happy to share report for validation -bam bam St Quintin Nursery I'm looking for a nursery for my baby boy please -Diana Ducklings at Blackley Lovely nursery. My daughter attends the Blackley site and has done for around 2 months, she's come on so much since being there, the staff and management are very helpful and approachable. -Lance Imagine Nation Preschool And Daycare Wimbledon location - Initially when my son started at this nursery, I was very satisfied as everything seemed good. Time goes on and I start to realise that I was wrong. Staff wise my son was attached to 2 girls there, which one of them, the manager suddenly decided to say that this girl was abusing my son one day at the park where there were witnesses that she didn't do anything. She got suspended and then later they wanted her to come back where she refused. On that same day of the park incident, this girl's sister and cousin decided to resign as they saw how unfair they treated this girl and got scared if something similar would happen to them one day in the future. So at the moment they have a whole new bunch of staff and my son don't even want to go to nursery no more. My son has food allergies which the manager when buying the food, often forgot about it. Now speaking of the admin... she is the most confusing person that I came across. She is rude and not very proficient. -Andreia Kiddie Cats Pre-school My oldest daughter attended for 2 years and my youngest daughter is there now. The staff are caring and kind, the lunches are good, there’s fun sessions run by outside companies. There’s loads for the children to do, both inside and outside. Kiddiecats really helps get young ones ready for school - teaching phonics, letter writing, turn taking etc. staff communicate well with parents and they are really accommodating when it comes to swapping sessions. My daughter started as a very shy and reserved three year old who would refrain from engaging with other children or speaking with an audience. In a very short space of time, she blossomed into a very confident, articulate and bubbly little girl. The Little Wellies staff are very caring and nurturing, always encouraging the children to try something new. The staff are always unfailingly cheerful and professional, and always keep you appraised of your child's progress. The activities are varied and the children spend plenty of time outdoors. The facilities are outstanding. Little Wellies has been my daughter's first step into education and it has set her in good stead as she embarks upon Reception. She is able to recognise and recite phonics and letters which is something some nurseries do not do at all. They have both formed strong relationships with staff and other children alike, and look forward to their 3 days there a week. During Covid, the management team have done a great job of keeping the parents informed, relaying important information and making the necessary changes to the setting to keep everyone as safe as possible. And whilst currently the opportunity for daily catch-ups with the boys' key workers to the extent that we were used to is difficult, they will always take the time to answer questions and have continued parent partnerships via scheduled phone calls. Highly recommend -David Twinkles Leeds White Rose After looking at several nurseries and not feeling comfortable with any of them, I was beginning to worry that I wouldn’t find anywhere suitable for my little boy. That was until I visited Twinkles, from the first contact, they acted professionally and were super informative, I just got such a good feeling as soon as I stepped inside. My little boy joined the baby room, and I’ll be honest he cried at every drop off in the morning and every pick up for around 4 weeks (he was a lockdown baby, so hadn’t spent any time without me or his dad). It was very hard to experience but the staff in the baby room are fantastic, Karen has a voice that makes everyone smile and the babies just want to be around her. Laura is amazing beyond belief, she is animated, always in a cheery happy mood and has the highest level of energy (I don’t know how they do it). You can tell she truly cares, about her job and those she is looking after. When I drop him off in the morning now and he puts his arms out to go to Laura and she takes him (now tear free). This brings me so much joy as I know he is so happy and settled with her and all the staff now. Since he joined nursey I have seen by little boy come on leaps and bounds, as mentioned he was a lock down baby so didn’t leave my side ever. Now he is so adventurous, continuously exploring and his speech as well as how he interacts with people has developed massively. He has such a cheeky personality. While I has such a good feeling from the moment I visited Twinkles, this was reinforced by a few key things this nursey does which puts them head and shoulders above the rest; the first is they provide nappies and wipes this is the only nursey I looked at that did this, such a good idea. The second is they have chef, who provides varied and balanced meals as well as snacks every day. The last reason is the app (capture) this is updated several times throughout the day and includes all naps, nappies, food and snacks consumed as well as updates on activities they have done and so many cute images. She was very emotional on her first couple of sessions, however the staff were very professional, kind, helpful and supportive. Honestly I cannot praise them enough! Alex’s English language is not her mother tongue and she struggled a little bit by not understanding anyone. So apart from all these new faces, new environment, the language everyone had been speaking was unfamiliar as well. Her key worker put some baby songs on tablet for her in her native language which immediately had a positive impact on her and consoled her. They have also been doing the utmost to adhere to her fully plant based and refined sugar free diet. At last but definitely not least Alex has been given great support with her potty training. As she has been potty trained since 7 months old we thought it would be helpful if the nursery staff could support her with this as well. Alex as well as we as parents put a lot of effort in potty training and we felt that if we are not supported from nursery all our efforts as well as Alex’s achievements will be in vain. So when we firstly met with Pauline, the nursery manager, and raised this subject she reassured us that this as well was something they could do for us! We felt relieved and very happy! Now one month later Alex is doing amazing with potty. We would like to take this opportunity and once again thank Karen, her key worker, who has been fantastic and very dedicated to continue potty training Alex!! As all parents do, we also wanted the best start for Alex and during our first meeting with Pauline we realised that Twinkles Nursery can provide exactly what we hoped for and what we wanted for our daughter! In the same instant Pauline said “ We do our best to keep baby routine exactly as it is at home and to change as little as possible so she is happy here” I thought that’s it , that’s the place I want my child to spend her days when not at home! They have been amazing from day dot and our son has excelled and blossomed as an individual. The garden area is huge so great for outdoor explorers. Handover on a morning is easy with no tears or screams and he always comes out on an evening with a big smile which always makes life much easier.
