Babworth Crematorium Straight Mile Babworth Road Retford DN22 8FJ.

Followed by Ye Olde Blue Bell Great North Rd Retford DN22 8QS.

Donations to MacMillan & Chatsfield Suite, Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

Saddly Passed Away 11/07/2022

Wendy was a longstanding Caravan and Camping Club Member alongside her Husband
Kevin Storrs.

Updates will be posted accordingly regarding Funeral arrangements.

The Central Counties Region AGM was held by Covenrty DA this weekend and the
following Notts DA Members have been elected to the region council,

Sara Hemsley,
Kay Sumner,
Simon Hunt,
Richard Anthony,

We wish them all the best for the coming years 

Also Paul Hemsley is in his 2nd year as Vice Chairman and has also be elected
Rep to National Council

DUE TO THE DA BEING UNABLE TO SECURE STWARDS THAYMAR ICE CREAM PARLOUR AUG 11TH
- 21ST 2022 IS CANCELLED 

Abbie Hoult Has joined The Committe to bring a younger elememt to the DA as she
is a CCY Mentor and will assist where she can till the next AGM

Notts DA are Urgently Requiring Stewards for 1 weekend meet and a THS,

29 -  31 July Southwell Rugby Club 

THS Thaymar Ice Cream Parlour 11th to 21st August (Pre Meet to the New National
festival of light)

Unfortunatly if we dont get Stewards the meets will have to cancelled

Sending thoughts out to members that have lost loved one's. Once again another
difficult year so let's hope 2022 can spare us of this virus & we can be meeting
up safely in fields soon in our chosen units. Stay Safe.

YOUTH

There is no need to book in for the youth area.
*As per our previous posts, please keep your eyes out for further anouncements
for future areas. *Details will be taken for a contact for track and trace. *Can
we please request that if any TEST PASSED youth are to camp alone that they
please let us know even for Newstead so we are aware. *There will be a CCY &
young campers area at this stage as well as a CCJ area. Any questions, please

RAFFLE DONATIONS...

Raffle prize donations are always greatfully received at our bigger meets, if
you do have any raffle donations please see a member of the committee. Thank you

WELCOME TO THE NOTTS DA WEBSITE . . .

We welcome all members of the Camping & Caravanning Club to our regional meets
and holiday sites.

We aim to make your weekends as fun as possible and have a fantastic programme
for our Camping & Caravanning Juniors (CCJ) and Youth Members (CCY), as well as
entertainment for the younger ones (under 8s) at many of our meets. We look
forward to seeing you . . .

NOTTS DA CHAIRMAN'S CHARITY 

Notts Da nominated charity for 2022 is FND Dimensions. The nomination was sent
in by Simon Snell & voted at the AGM.
Functional Neurological Disorder a medical condition, where messages from the
brain are sent or received incorrectly resulting in a range of physical
symptoms.
Any monies donated are greatly appreciated.

NOMINATIONS FOR 2030/2024
We are currently asking that anyone who has any nominations for 2023/2024 please
send these suggestions to the Notts DA secretary at:
secretary.nottsda@outlook.com
Nominations close the 26th of February 2023. It must be a registered charity!
You need to include the name of the charity and some information about it such
as what they do. Also why you are nominating them. You could even attach a
leaflet for example.
These will be voted on at the AGM on the 4th of March 2023.
