CRITERIA TO BE A STAMPUNK:

 1. It must be the first Byte Perfect stamp of the CryptoPunk # that is eligible
    to meet all the criteria, this means it cannot be locked and divisible
    (Assets which are locked and have supplies greater than one can have the
    supply destroyed back to one) once it meets 2,3 and 4 it is an official
    StamPunk.
 2. It must have a supply of 1.
 3. It must be non-divisible.
 4. It must be locked.
 5. Until the first eligible assets meets 2,3 and 4 the punk will remain “open”
    and unofficial, it is not in the StamPunks collection, if the first stamped
    eligible punk is locked in an invalid state the next stamped punk becomes
    eligible.
