I took it here (I had used their services before and been very pleased with services ). They fixed my problem quite quickly. I can't recommend this place and their fine staff highly enough! I spent a half-hour chatting with Apple doing diagnostics; brushing the holes on the bottom of the phone, etc., all to no avail. Apple advised me that since our AppleCare+ had expired in December, our best option was a flat-rate repair of $549. WOW!!! So I called up Repair Em' and dropped it off for a $10 diagnostic yesterday afternoon. Today I picked it up and they had opened it up and *thoroughly* cleaned out the speaker/mike access and it is now working perfectly. And all of that was included in the $10 diagnostic charge. Absolutely willing to go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and explains everything in detail and understandably. Netflix on demand in the lobby if you have to wait for your phone. Complimentary coffee if you ask while you're waiting. Did I mention free WiFi?? Lots of parking. Will update on the repair quality when they're done with my phone as this is my first time here but I'm expecting it's going to impeccable if first impressions count for anything. 30 day warranty on parts and labor as well. UPDATE: They did a terrific job repairing my iPhone. Had a small issue with the repair I had them do to my phone but the fact that they went ABOVE AND BEYOND AGAIN to make it right after I brought it to their attention makes me want to give them a 6th star if it was possible to do so. I arrived around 9 am and figured I would need to sit in my car and wait while they open (10:00 am). I noticed someone walked in so I thought maybe they changed the time they opened. They greeted me so kindly and even though they don't open until 10am they were willing to help me and didn't turn me away. The repair only took 30 mins so I sat and waited in the front though they offered to come get me if I wanted to wait in my car. Again, amazing customer service and the cost of the screen is inexpensive compared to other places plus the wait time is great! While I was there I also got bought a screen protector and they placed it on my phone with NO BUBBLES! Very happy and if I need to get my phone repaired I'll be going back... again.
