What is my Enterprise ID?


Derived from your actual name, and generally in the form of "john.q.public".
Typically, it is the same as your Accenture e-mail address without the domain
suffix. It is not your full Accenture e-mail address or your personnel number
and does not include a domain prefix.


What if I forgot my Password?

Visit the myID Portal and choose Self-Service Password Reset. If you do not
remember your verification information, contact Technology Support.


I know my password, where can I register for self-service password reset?


To register for self-service password reset, visit the myID Portal and choose
Self-Service Password Registration.


What if my account is locked out?

If you are entering your password repeatedly and are certain that your password
is correct but the site refuses to accept it, your account may be locked. Your
account will unlock in thirty minutes or you can unlock your account by visiting
the myID Portal and choose Self-Service Password Reset as long as you have
previously registered. During the reset process choose I know my password, but
still can't sign in.


What if this site is giving me errors when I log in?


Clear your cache and cookies and close all browser windows first, then try
again. If you are using Internet Explorer, please ensure you do not have any
accenture.com sites listed in your Trusted Sites security zone. Nothing should
be listed on Accenture standard workstations. If you are using an iPhone please
ensure you have cookies enabled as this may be turned off by default. If none of
these suggestions help, contact Technology Support for assistance.


What browsers does this site support?


The application is designed to support all current modern web browsers including
mobile devices.


What if I do not see the login page but am able to get into the site?


If use an Accenture ManagedPC workstation and an Internet Explorer or Chrome
browser with the ESO plugin, this is the expected behavior. The system is
designed to detect this and will authenticate you automatically using your
desktop login. Additionally, if you've already logged in to the system then the
system should remember this and log you into other sites automatically.
