If you do not remember your verification information, contact Technology Support. I know my password, where can I register for self-service password reset? To register for self-service password reset, visit the myID Portal and choose Self-Service Password Registration. What if my account is locked out? If you are entering your password repeatedly and are certain that your password is correct but the site refuses to accept it, your account may be locked. Your account will unlock in thirty minutes or you can unlock your account by visiting the myID Portal and choose Self-Service Password Reset as long as you have previously registered. During the reset process choose I know my password, but still can't sign in. What if this site is giving me errors when I log in? Clear your cache and cookies and close all browser windows first, then try again. The system is designed to detect this and will authenticate you automatically using your desktop login.
