HOW TO INSTALL THE INFOSLIPS WINDOWS DESKTOP VIEWER

Step 1

Click on the button below to start the download.

Start Download

Step 2

The file download will begin. You will be able to view the progress of the
download in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. When it completes, click
download.

Step 3

Choose "Open" from the context menu that appears.

Step 4

When the "Open File" window pops up click the "Run" to launch the InfoSlips
Viewer installation setup wizard.

Step 5

Follow the simple steps in the setup wizard to complete the installation.

Done!

When the installation is finished you will be able to open your InfoSlip
attached to the email sent.

HOW DO I INSTALL THE INFOSLIPS VIEWER ON WINDOWS, MACOS OR LINUX?


Download the InfoSlips Viewer from www.infoslips.com and then follow the
installation instructions.


HOW DO I PRINT MY CORRESPONDENCE WHEN USING THE INFOSLIPS VIEWER ON WINDOWS OR
MAC?

Please open the "print version" then click on the "print active tab" to open the
printer options. Select "print to pdf".


WHY AM I BEING PROMPTED TO INSTALL .NET?

The InfoSlip Viewer needs .NET, a program from Microsoft, to function. Please
install .NET using the steps below:

 1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard.
 2. Type "appwiz.cpl" and then press the enter key.
 3. Select "Turn Windows features on or off" to the left of the open window.
 4. Look down the list until you find .NET Framework 3.5 and place checkmark in
    the box.

Follow the installation instructions. You may need to reboot your computer.

HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD ON THE INFOSLIPS MOBILE APP?

Click on the button "forgot password," enter your username, and submit. An email
will be sent to the emailthe address associated with the profile.

HOW DO I SAVE MY CORRESPONDENCE TO PDF FROM THE INFOSLIPS MOBILE APP?

Please click on the "print version," then select "download to PDF," and then
select a location to store your InfoSlips.

WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN, IT SAYS THAT MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

 * Your Company Name.
 * The email address and/or mobile number used to receive your InfoSlips
   correspondence.

WHEN I TRY AND OPEN AN INFOSLIP DOCUMENT (.IFS FILE), IT GIVES ME AN ASSOCIATION
ERROR. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The issue is most likely that the InfoSlips is not set as the default viewer for
.ifs files. To associate .ifs with the viewer, please follow the instructions
below:

 1. Ensure you have already downloaded and installed the InfoSlips Viewer.
    Download and install the InfoSlips viewer from www.infoslips.com.
 2. Save an .ifs file on the desktop.
 3. Right-click on the saved file on the desktop, select "open with," and select
    the "InfoSlips for me viewer."
 4. Tick the box that says, "always use this as the default viewer."

From now onwards, all InfoSlips (.ifs files) should open using the InfoSlips
viewer.

HOW DO I INSTALL THE INFOSLIPS MOBILE APP ON MY PHONE?

Please download the application from the Android Apple PlayStore or the Apple
iStore. Follow the installation instructions.

DO I NEED TO CREATE A NEW LOGIN DETAIL FOR THE INFOSLIPS MOBILE APP IF I ALREADY
HAVE A LOGIN FOR THE WEB VERSION?


The web version and mobile app use the same login details - there is no need to
create new login credentials.

THE MOBILE APP IS ASKING ME FOR A FILENAME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?


Choose any name that will help you find the document in the future. Suggestions
include a name, date, and year.

I FORGOT MY USERNAME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
