We will hold a proteome data analysis seminar “MaxQuant workshop” on October 5
(Thu.) and 6 (Fri.), 2023 at Miraikan in Odaiba, Tokyo. This is an opportunity
to learn how to use MaxQuant from the development team, and we look forward to
your participation. MaxQuant workshop [poster] MaxQuant is a quantitative
proteomics software package designed for analyzing large mass-spectrometric data

The Global Biodata Coalition (GBC) has announced the first list of Global Core
Biodata Resources (GCBRs) — a collection of 37 resources whose long term funding
and sustainability is critical to life science and biomedical research
worldwide. ProteomeXchange consortium (PXC), of which jPOST is a member, is
included in the first list.
