Returns Policy

A request to return is accepted within five days of receiving your order (unless
of course you're away when your beloved parcel arrives).

As soon as the item(s) are received and inspected for default, a refund will be
issued.




Please include:

 * original receipt or print out of order details / proof of purchase from Wolf
   & Second Star
 * Unused except for use to determine default




 

Once the default has been determined, you will immediately be refunded via the
original payment method and receive a message confirming your refund. (This
could take a couple of days to show on your records, depending on the method
used. Thank you for your patience.)

Exceptions

There are no real exceptions, we are here to help and want you to have the best
experience possible - unless of course your labrador chewed the Blackwing pencil
and any attempt to disguise the devastation of having a brand new Blackwing
chewed by a dog has been made with paint and blue tack - then, sadly, we cannot
take this as a damaged return. Pop in though, and we can distract the dog with
our shop watering hole, while you choose your next Blackwing selection (602?
