SOME COMMON FAULTS ON T300MVI/MV2 DRIVES

 1. Specialist removing a power cell
    
    OCA: AC Overcurrent – Grounded motor; Shorted motor; Extreme load change;
    Failed power module

 2. REC_F: Rectifier Failure – Shorted diodes on rectifier section; blown fuses
    on rectifier section
 3. MOT_V_IL: Motor Voltage Start Interlock – Residual voltage from motor;
    Catch-On-Fly not properly set up; Voltage Detect Circuitry failure
 4. NO_LOAD: Output Side Open – Very low or no current detected on motor; Motor
    disconnected; Current Detect Circuitry failure
 5. OCD_X**: Over Current On Device – Short circuit on a specific power module
 6. PRE_CTT: Pre-charge contactor open – Pre-charge contactor has dropped out;
    Dirty auxiliary contacts on contactor
 7. ACSW_F: AC Contactor Failure – The main contactor is open during running;
    Dirty auxiliary contacts on contactor
