minutes. To issue your certificates, create a certificate design first. You can
choose a ready-made template or create your certificate design from scratch
using our builder. Following this, upload a spreadsheet with recipients’ data
(emails, names, etc.) or integrate Certifier with your LMS and issue
certificates in bulk within seconds. If you need more features or have a large
volume of certificate recipients, upgrade to one of the paid Certifier plans
here.

Can I use Certifier for free to generate certificates?


Sure! We have a forever-free individual plan that allows you to issue up to 50
unique certificates per month at no cost. This number of certificates is usually
more than enough for individual use or for small courses. If you need more
recipients, branding, or enhanced analytics, you can upgrade at any time. Our
paid plans start at $29 per month.

Do you have a free trial period to use Certifier?


Unfortunately, we do not have trials, but you can test our software using a free
plan. Additionally, you can claim a refund within seven days after purchase if

Can I generate certificates in bulk (mass-generate)?


Yes, absolutely! Certifier was created to help you generate and issue digital
certificates in bulk. To begin with, create a group of recipients. Following
this, add a spreadsheet containing information that will be needed to distribute
your certificates, e. g. recipients’ names and emails. Our system is designed to
automatically generate unique certificates and you will be able to issue them in
bulk with one click. Each of your recipients will then receive an email with
their unique document. The whole process is easy, intuitive, and smooth.
Moreover, you can issue certificates in bulk at no cost using our individual
plan.

Who sends certificates to the recipients?


By default, Certifier distributes emails from no-reply@certifier.me using our
servers. However, you can change the SMTP settings and replace the default
sender’s email with any email address you like. Additionally, you can edit the
email template, change its text, place your logo, modify the colors, and add the
sender’s name (e.g., the name of your organization or your name). The emails
will be distributed from our servers, but will appear as if they have come

What does people receive when I send certificates?


It is a great question! Each of your recipients will receive a unique link to
their certificate. Once this link is clicked, a user gets redirected to a page
containing their certificate and related information (recipient name, issue
date, certificate description, etc.). Each user will be able to download their
certificate as a PDF, share it with their friends on social media, add it to
LinkedIn, or put it to their CV.
