UPDATE THE RECIPE FILE

DevZero will automatically generate a config Yaml, which we call recipe.

Edit your resources and libraries either through the UI or through the Yaml.
This is where you can decide on the specification of the environment in terms of
compute, storage, define environment variables and more.

Keep in mind that changes to the resources or the Yaml will automatically sync
to the other.

Once done - Publish your workspace.
