EXCELLENT COMFORTABLE CLEAN HOTEL
The Fairfield was clean well organized and friendly. There was a courtyard
across the parking lot for drinks and a lovely lounge. My room was very
nice, very clean and spacious. The towels were soft. It was a perfect stay.

GLAD I BOOKED HERE!
I recently stayed at this Fairfield Inn for 2 nights, on the front and back
end of a trip.
As you're never exactly sure what a hotel is actually like until you visit,
I will say I'll be back.
The property has very easy access, and plenty of well lighted parking.
Check-in was super easy during both visits, and the front desk team was
very friendly and helpful.
My room was a standard king-size bed. Plenty of room for me, and a very
quiet room as well, considering the hotel is across the street from the
Buffalo airport.
The breakfast was excellent as well!
The only suggestion for improvement I have.... I had requested a first
floor room with my reservation, but upon check in the first night, was
given a 4th floor room. The front desk staff made a quick change to handle
this, so it all worked out.

NICE STAY NEAR NIAGARA FALLS
The room was clean and spacious, the staff was nice and accommodating.
The breakfast place overcrowded on the first morning with insane lines to
the waffle station, and no place to seat. Next morning was so much better
though.
Overall a very nice experience visiting Niagara Falls.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
Excellent front reception staff who took the time to check in with us to
confirm all was well with our rooms and then immediately responded to our
last minute request for a crib.
Rooms were clean and up-to -date. Breakfast offered a lot of selection.
Pool area is excellent - a large pool and hot tub and very clean. Kids
really enjoyed and a very nice/comfortable seating area.
Will continue to use this hotel when flying out of Buffalo Airport.

POOR CLEANING
Linen bed sheets were dirty with stains and someone’s else’s hair was in
the bed. Body towels and face cloths were also stained and had human hair
in them. We had to ask for new towels and clothes 3 times in a row.
