THIS IS A 2 PART EVENT. THE ATTENDEE COST INCLUDES BOTH SESSIONS.

In this 2 part event (February 3 & 10) attendees will learn how to effectively
hold people accountable, regardless of whether we report to them, they report to
us, or there is no reporting structure whatsoever, is the key to effective
organizational communication, sustainable achievement of results, and the
ability to build stronger relationships!

Participants will walk away with a strong understanding of:

 1. Exactly what accountability is and what it is not, and how to relate to
    others through more effective organizational communication
 2. Why people don’t hold others accountable, and how to manage and resolve
    conflict more effectively
 3. The 6 simple steps to effectively holding people accountable and building
    stronger teams

The attendee cost includes both sessions
