TIRED BUT COMFORTABLE
The location is perfect and central. The breakfast lovely. Room service
choices are limited and not 24 hours.
Rooms and corridors are clean but tired and dated.

FANTASTIC FAMILY EXPERIENCE AT THE WESTIN TIMES SQUARE
Fanatastic location and the staff were exceptionally from when we arrived
until we left I cannot fault the staff. Made our family holiday amazing.
Restaurants , shopping and tourist sights were all on our doorstep. We
definitely recommend this hotel if you want a safe space with great
security and very nice Accomodation. The Westin Time square is the place
for you.

PERFECT EXPERIENCE

WON’T GO BACK
Our room was not cleaned. Well when we first checked in, we noticed that
our room had a dark brown stain on the ceiling look like something from the
previous guest, and it was not cleaned at all during our entire day.. It
was right over the bed, which was extra disgusting

NICE CLEAN SAFE PLACE TO STAY
We enjoyed our stay here.. it would have been nice if the was someplace
outside on the roof or something where I could enjoy a cup of coffee with
some privacy outside of the room

CONSISTENTLY PLEASANT STAY
Westin New York Time Square is the only hotel we choose for NYC. The
location and consistent service are hard to beat. Even on our 5th stay the
staff impressed us with their service. Special thanks to Kenneth at the

GREAT QUIET ROOM
Had a great quiet corner room with a beautiful view of the city. My
complaint was that the bathroom door could not close easily and we had a
few moths flying around the room on our first two days.
