PRODUCTION FEATURES

Natural fuel is a smart and efficient alternative to valuable minerals. Wood
pellets allow for significantly reducing heating costs without losing heating
efficiency. This is especially important as the cost of gas, coal, and fuel oil
continues to rise. Wood pellets are produced from wood without the use of
foreign materials such as glue and plastic. This type of pellet is suitable for
various solid fuel boilers and is the ideal fuel for heating premises of various
purposes, such as industrial premises, warehouses, residential houses,
restaurants, and hotels, etc.

MANUFACTURING

RAW MATERIAL PREPARATION
For wood pellets, two types of raw materials are used: wood without bark and
woody waste with bark. To obtain high-quality pellets, the raw materials are
sorted and shredded into wood chips with a size of no more than 4 mm.
MOISTURE REGULATION
Raw materials with high moisture content are dried in a dryer until a moisture
content within the range of 8-14% is achieved. Temperature is carefully
controlled to avoid damaging lignin, which is important for pellet strength.
Wood can also be pre-moistened before production to achieve the optimal moisture
content.
HYDRATION
Pellet granulation occurs through a combination of high pressure, temperature,
and humidity. The use of steam and water during the pressing process ensures
high density and strength of the granules. This approach also contributes to the
longevity of the equipment.
GRANULATION
The raw material is fed into a special granulator, where it is subjected to high
pressure to be pressed through rollers via a die, while also being heated. This
results in granules of a certain size, which are then cooled and subsequently
cut with a knife.
COOLING
After granulation, the granules undergo a cooling process to reduce their
temperature and ensure stability and product quality before packaging.
PACKAGING
Pellets can be packaged in large bags, small packets for home use, or supplied
in bulk for industrial enterprises. Proper packaging ensures the quality and
convenient transportation of the products.
