Political instability in France dominated markets this week.  In France, the
ruling government was voted out in a no-confidence vote fuelling political
uncertainty. Political volatility will continue as questions remain on who the
new PM will be. Non-farm payrolls in the US today will be closely watched which
will help determine whether the Fed cuts rates in the December meeting or not. 
  

Moderate activity in European primary this week and we expect limited issuance
going forward, as issuance typically tapers out starting second week of
December.


Relative value (compared to credit and equities): In the US, credit was rich
(apart from staples) while equities were mixed with staples most rich and energy
most cheap. In Europe, credit was rich across sectors while equities was mixed
with healthcare most cheap and tech most rich.
