Chip patiently and respectfully listened to my plan and my specific requirements. Then he quickly countered with a BETTER plan. He sold the condo in three days for 10% MORE than I wanted. I wanted to wait until the end of May for the condo to go on the market, he created a plan that put it on the market the first week in April. The result: the sale closed the first week in June!!! ALL REVIEWS CHIP WAS AWESOME! He came assessed our house, listed it on Wednesday with first showings set for Friday. By Sunday we had multiple offers and it was sold!
