ABOUT ZEEPAY

Zeepay is the fastest growing wholly Ghanaian owned fin-tech in Ghana focusing
on digital rails to connect digital assets such as mobile money wallets, cards,
ATMs, Bank Accounts and Digital tokens to International Money Transfer
Operators, Payments, Subscriptions, International Airtime and Refugee payments.

Andrew joins Zeepay as a Co-Founder and Managing Director. He is an expert on
Banking and Mobile Payments and comes on board with over 15 years of experience
in Banking and Business Development. Andrew’s experience spans the world of
Marketing and Banking as he has held various positions from being a Brand
Manager for NESCAFE to holding roles such as Head of Retail, Head Corporate –
Manufacturing Business, Head Transaction Banking, General Manager Strategy,
General Manager Business Performance all in Banking and a Business Development
Head and Lead Strategy Consultant for Big Four Consulting.

Andrew has had the opportunity to work with institutions such as Commonwealth
Secretariat, Nestle, Barclays UK, GT Bank, Ecobank, UT Bank and
PricewaterhouseCoopers. In his spare time, Andrew speaks on Mobile Payments and
Banking and has been featured as a guest speaker at several International
Conferences. His passion lies within Financial Inclusion and Mobile payments. He
is a product of University of Hull and University of California Los Angeles. He
has lived and worked in 3 Continents – Europe, North America, and Africa.

In Africa he has experience and exposure working in more than 7 markets
including Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Ghana, Burundi, Zambia, Malawi and
South Africa. He has also been part of key retail deployments across Africa and
comes on board with in-depth retail and payments experience.

MR. KWESI YANKEY

Mr Yankey was the Managing Director of Dumakwae Limited a construction company
based in Ghana. He holds a diploma in Banking from the University of Boulder,
Colorado, USA and a BSC in Administration, marketing and finance options from
the University of Ghana.

Mr. Yankey is currently the Chairman of the University of Ghana Alumni
Association, a Member of the University of Ghana Council,School of Health
Sciences, Progeny Ventures International and Nuba Foods and Commodities Ltd.
Prior to these roles, he served as Board Chairman for Global Access Savings and
Loans Limited amongst many others.

BAAFOUR OTU-BOATENG

Based in Accra, Baafour Otu-Boateng is in charge of IPAE 1 and IPAE 2 portfolio
in Ghana.

Baafour worked at TechnoServe Ghana, where he was responsible for the design and
implementation of a national platform for local entrepreneurs to access
training, networking opportunities and venture capital. Previously, he completed
advisory and transaction work for some of the world’s leading retailers at UBS
Investment Bank in New York.

He is a MBA graduate and Chevening Scholar from the University of Oxford (UK).

ZOE PHILLIPS TAKYI-APPIAH

Zoe Georgetta Phillips Takyi-Appiah is a lawyer and a Partner at a leading Law
Firm in Ghana. She comes onto the Board Zeepay with a lot of international
experience having worked with global Law Firms in the United Kingdom.

She has extensive experience in Legal Transactions Advisory, covering various
facets of the law including Corporate and Commercial Law, Energy and Natural
Resources, Minerals and Mining, Banking and Finance and Mergers and
Acquisitions. In her career, she has been part of high profile international
assignments, counting among them, cross border IPO listings,
multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and international arbitration.

Zoe has an LLB from the University of Essex and an LLM in International Business
Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has been
called to the Bar of England and Wales and is also a member of the Ghana Bar.
She is very commercially minded and an invaluable asset to the Board.

ASHLEY THOMPSON-MACCARTHY

Ashley serves as the CEO and Head of currencies & commodities for the firm. He
has a history of trading foreign exchange, equities, and commodities. Ashley’s
CV provides indisputable proof of his genuinely exceptional capabilities. While
at Obsidian Achernar Limited, he has successfully executed FX trades of over USD
1.5 billion in 2018 and currently has completed over USD 6.1 billion in FX
transactions in the current financial year.

Obsidian Achernar had also tripled its institutional client base from 15 in 2014
to 74 in 2020. Under Ashley’s expert and studied guidance, Obsidian Achernar has
successfully acquired a Securities & Exchange Commission Fixed Income license,
Financial Conduct Authority, and Bank of Ghana FX brokers’ license, leading to a
boost in the business networks and reach. Obsidian Achernar Limited currently
operates with both local and offshore FX licenses.

He began his career in finance by joining a Middle East focused multi-family
office that managed over $100m in funds under management. He initially focused
on sell-side trades in the futures commodities markets and progressed quickly
within the firm to cover buy-side opportunities.

Before joining OA, Ashley was a Senior Partner at Reflex Eco Group – a
London-based, Africa-focused Private Equity advisory and commodities trading
firm – which he co-founded. Reflex played a vital role in several debts and
private equity investments, including raising $32m for a Ghana-based Teak
plantation business and a $70m transaction for a high-growth transportation
business.

DANIEL CHARLES GYIMAH

Sir Daniel Charles Gyimah is an accomplished professional with a diverse and
extensive background in both engineering and banking. With over thirty years of
experience, he has made significant contributions to various sectors, showcasing
his leadership skills and expertise. His professional journey includes serving
as the Managing Director of Eximguaranty Company (Ghana) from 1998 to 2001,
where he played a crucial role in the financial guarantees business in Ghana.
Following that, he took on the responsibility of Managing Director at the
National Investment Bank from 2001 to 2009, contributing to the growth and
development of the institution.

In the realm of international development, Sir Gyimah served as the Private
Sector Advisor to the Ghana Mission of the United States Agency for
International Development (USAID) for almost a decade. This reflects his
commitment to fostering collaboration between public and private sectors for
sustainable development. His involvement in various boards further underscores
his influence in the corporate world. As the Chairman of the Board of Directors
of Nestle (Ghana) Ltd and the First Ghana Building Company Ltd, he demonstrated
leadership in the food processing and construction industries, respectively.

Moreover, Sir Gyimah assumed the role of Chairman for the Metro Mass Transit
Company Ltd, showcasing his commitment to efficient and accessible intra and
inter-city transport services in Ghana. Additionally, his directorship positions
at the Global Petrochemical Company, TOTAL (Ghana) Ltd, and the AU Development
Company Ltd (a real estate development company) illustrate his broad engagement
in different sectors of the economy. In the academic sphere, Sir Gyimah's
contributions are notable. As the Chairman of the Council of the University for
Development Studies (UDS) and a member of the Governing Board of the Catholic
University of Ghana for ten years, he played a pivotal role in shaping the
educational landscape.

Throughout his career, Sir Daniel Charles Gyimah has demonstrated a unique blend
of technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to both the private and
public sectors. His multifaceted contributions have left a lasting impact on the
