Description

Retarus Transactional Email will undergo a scheduled software upgrade in all
data centers. This upgrade contains Suppression List enhancements. During this
maintenance, customers may experience some brief service interruptions where the
APIs might reject mails with a temporary error. Since those interruptions will
only last for a few seconds each time, a re-submission of such jobs should
process normally without issues. Retarus Operations will follow strict
predefined guidelines for this tested change and will update the status on the
status website.

Dear customer, please note that for security and stability reasons, we will not
support Faxolution for Windows (Desktop fax printer) older than version 3.8.7.0
after 01/19/2022 anymore. What do I have to to? Please check you clients version
via the "info" section and use the "update" function of the application if a
version < 3.8.7.0 is shown. What if I not update? After 01/19/2022 you will be
not able to submit any new jobs to Retarus anymore, using a client version <
3.8.7.0 What if I encounter issues during the update? Some older client versions
may show you an error during the update process. You can ignore this error as
long as the new version shows after application restart. Some very old client
versions may not be able of finding a new version to update. In this case you
need to update manually. Please visit the EAS news entry for details.
