Lincoln Cathedral stands as a beacon over the city of Lincoln.  As a holy place
built to the glory of God, it is home to a daily rhythm of prayer and worship
for the people of the city and diocese of Lincoln.  We also welcome visitors and
pilgrims to experience something of the special quality that has drawn people to
come through its doors over the centuries, and host a series of events that
contribute to the cultural and social life of the city and county.  We hope that

Lincoln Cathedral has announced that its theme for 2024 will be ‘Our World;
God’s Creation’.

The year will be a celebration of life on earth, communities and sustainability,
with events, talks and education activities throughout the year to encourage
everyone to get involved and take simple steps to help create a more sustainable
future and foster communities which help everyone to flourish.
