Grande Conservancy District (MRGCD), PO Box 581, Albuquerque, NM 87103-0581,
filed with the STATE ENGINEER Application No. SP-1690-T for Permit to
Temporarily Change the Point of Diversion of Surface Water of the Rio Chama,
tributary of the Rio Grande, within the State of New Mexico. Rio Arriba, Santa
Fe, Sandoval, Bernalillo, Valencia and Socorro are the counties affected by the
changes proposed to the storage and persion of water in the subject application.
This notice is ordered to be published in the Rio Grande Sun, Santa Fe New
Mexican, Albuquerque Journal, Valencia County News-Bulletin and El Defensor
Chieftain. The applicant proposes to temporarily discontinue the storage and
persion of up to 60,000 acre-feet of surface water within El Vado Reservoir, on
land owned by the MRGCD, at a point where X = 1,498,930 feet and Y = 2,035,383
feet, New Mexico State Plane, Central Zone, NAD 83, Rio Arriba County, for the
irrigation of the MRGCD service area, consisting of MRGCD Maps 1 through 179,
within Sandoval, Bernalillo, Valencia and Socorro counties. The applicant
further proposes to commence temporary storage of said surface water in Abiquiu
Reservoir, on land owned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, at a point where X
= 1,589,445 feet and Y = 1,906,684 feet, New Mexico State Plane, Central Zone,
NAD 83, Rio Arriba County, to be stored and perted for the irrigation of the
MRGCD service area, described above. Application is filed with request for
emergency authorization to change point of persion and storage to Abiquiu
Reservoir under SP-1690 while El Vado Dam is under rehabilitation, in accordance
with Section 72-5-25 NMSA 1978. Application is made for a permit that, if
granted, would expire on December 31, 2025. Upon termination or expiration of
the desired permit, the subject water will automatically revert to the move-from
point of persion pursuant to the applicable provisions in that permit. To view

New Mexico Environment Department – Ground Water Quality Bureau The New Mexico
Environment Department (NMED) Ground Water Quality Bureau (GWQB) hereby provides
notice that the following Groundwater Discharge Permits have been proposed for
approval. NMED will allow 30 days after the date of publication of this notice
for submittal of written comments and/or a request for a public hearing for a
permitting action. You can add the comment period to your calendar through our
Events Calendar located at https://www.env.nm.gov/events-calendar/. Requests for
public hearing shall be in writing and shall set forth the reasons why a hearing
should be held. A hearing will be held if NMED determines that there is
substantial public interest. After the administrative record for a permitting
action is complete and all required information is available, NMED will approve,
approve with conditions, or disapprove the Permit based on the administrative
record. NMED maintains a Public Involvement Plan (PIP) for each permitting
action to plan for providing public participation opportunities and information
that may be needed for the community to participate in a permitting process.

persion of up to 60,000 acre-feet of surface water within El Vado Reservoir, on
land owned by the MRGCD, at a point where X = 1,498,930 feet and Y = 2,035,383
feet, New Mexico State Plane, Central Zone, NAD 83, Rio Arriba County, for the
irrigation of the MRGCD service area, consisting of MRGCD Maps 1 through 179,
within Sandoval, Bernalillo, Valencia and Socorro counties. The applicant

for submittal of written comments and/or a request for a public hearing for a

coordinates in meters, UTM, NAD83, Zone 13N, in Sections 2 and 12 respectively,

Farms, used for municipal purposes on land owned by various owners of the
Village of Bosque Farms service area in the Village of Bosque Farms, Valencia

greenhouse purposes on 1.93 acres of land described as Tr. 15C2B, Land of Brett

are located on Entrada Aragon Rd approximately 0.25 mi. north of the
intersection of Richardson Dr. and South Hill Rd. and 0.32 mile east of the

MRGCD service area, described above. Application is filed with request for
emergency authorization to change point of persion and storage to Abiquiu

Environment Department (NMED) Ground Water Quality Bureau (GWQB) hereby provides
notice that the following Groundwater Discharge Permits have been proposed for
approval. NMED will allow 30 days after the date of publication of this notice
for submittal of written comments and/or a request for a public hearing for a
permitting action. You can add the comment period to your calendar through our
Events Calendar located at https://www.env.nm.gov/events-calendar/. Requests for
public hearing shall be in writing and shall set forth the reasons why a hearing
should be held. A hearing will be held if NMED determines that there is
substantial public interest. After the administrative record for a permitting

PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS AT THE SALE ARE ADVISED TO MAKE THEIR OWN EXAMINATION OF
TITLE AND TO CONSULT THEIR OWN ATTORNEY BEFORE BIDDING. This action is a suit to
foreclose a mortgage in favor of Plaintiff secured by the Property. The total
amount awarded by the Judgment to Plaintiff with interest to the date of sale is
$124,346.90, plus any expenses paid by Plaintiff relating to the Property
between 1/1/2022 and the date of sale, including for insurance, maintenance,
protection, taxes and assessments, plus any attorney fees and costs incurred by
Plaintiff from and after 1/1/2022. The proceeds from the judicial sale will be
applied first to the payment of the costs and expenses of the sale; then to the
payment of the Judgment in favor of Plaintiff, including additional fees, costs
and expenses as stated in the foregoing paragraph. Any excess funds shall be
deposited with the Clerk of Court to be applied as may be determined by further
order of the Court. Plaintiff may apply all or a portion of the Judgment towards
the purchase as a credit bid. Otherwise, terms of sale shall be immediately
