My address is one that is changes to a state rd instead of my street name in UPS system and is hard to receive UPS packages, I mostly just get refunded and its aggravating. This issues started with the cam wood bat order. I called and got ahold of Greg once tracking information said my address was unfound ( here we go with the same process). Well I was very wrong... Greg had my order resent and had the bat delivered to my house and had my address fixed on their end. My son received his cam wood today and loves using it, he claims it doesn't even feel heavy. We all know this is a great training bat with great results. It feels even better to know that their are extremely professional, helpful, and dedicated to helping solve the shipping issues I was experiencing. I purchased Hands & Speed Trainer and one handed trainer package and I would highly recommend this package. We purchased in December of 2021 and it has made a huge difference with my 9 year old son. There are a lot of programs out there that just want to make money off of you but I can tell you first-hand this is not anything close to that. They provide outstanding service and explain how to use their products so you will see results. We started with the 30 day challenge and easily gained over 10 MPH on his ball exit speed. If you can purchase the CamWood Tee, it helps tremendously with keeping the training sessions moving due to the easy flexibility it offers when changing location. It also doesn't allow you to cheat as you get tired. You might think that I am promoting their products but instead I am bragging about them because they helped make my son one of the best hitters on his travel team and his Little League Team. I just had a slight issue this morning and emailed customer service with a question. I had a response directly from Trey Sikes in less than seven minutes!
