We were absolutely delighted at DRUM to welcome the always inspiring Tobi Asare
as our guest speaker for International Women’s Week this morning.   Tobi spoke
to us about her journey juggling motherhood whilst maintaining a successful
career, AND simultaneously writing a book and building a platform that helps
women navigate pregnancy & motherhood in the workplace.   Tobi shared what
inspired her book 'The Blend: How to Successfully Manage a Career and a Family',
as well as some tips and tricks for new mothers, businesswomen, and aspiring

believe in career ladders, because ladders imply a straightforward journey with
