We would like to welcome you to our premier West Maui Villa certain to capture
your desires for a sensational Maui vacation!

Hawaiiana Hale is one of the most luxurious beachfront homes in Maui. With
breathtaking panoramic views that sweep from the golden sands of world-class
Ka'anapali Beach to the warm, calm waters and the islands of Lana'i and
Moloka'i. You will experience true paradise at this fabulous property.
Magnificent sunset views, a seaside heated pool and hot tub, lush tropical
gardens, and a spacious living area can be yours at this elegant vacation
property!

As you enter this extraordinary home you are greeted with a spacious great room
and stunning ocean views. The Hawaiian 'Plantation style' architecture is
elegant and meticulously detailed. Graceful craftsmanship includes granite and
marble floors, mosaic tile, hand-carved teak railings, elegant moldings, period
lighting, and Plantation era art. The welcoming, open floor plan includes a
gourmet kitchen, formal dining, and several seating areas for entertaining or
reading while gazing at unobstructed ocean views. The wonderful poolside lanai
provides endless relaxation and fantastic alfresco dining.

This well-appointed home also has an exercise room offering a treadmill, weights
with a weight bench, a ping pong table, and large screen TV. Hawaiiana Hale has
five private and generously sized bedroom suites that comfortably accommodate 10
guests, four suites with their own luxurious en-suite bathroom accented with
limestone and marble, a private entertainment system, and a Sonos music system.
Also included is complimentary daily maid service.

The main level suite features a King size bed, and sliding glass doors leading
to the pool deck. Across from the Master, there are 2 XL Twin beds that can be
converted to a King when requested. The remaining three suites are located on
the second level. Three suites are located on the 2nd floor. The first suite
offers a King size bed, a sofa queen bed, a soaking tub in the en-suite
bathroom, and mountain views. All bedrooms are furnished with Smart TVs, a Cable
box, independent climate-controlled A/C, luxurious linens, and built-in safes.
The two upper-level Oceanview Master suites are at opposite ends of the home
offering additional privacy. Each has a King size bed, private lanai, and
stunning ocean views.

Ka'anapali offers ideal weather, perfect for long walks on the beach, or taking
a dip in the playful ocean waters. Enjoy the beach walk in front of the home
that makes jogging or strolling easy. Take pleasure in spectacular snorkeling in
the underwater reef just offshore. You will never experience whale watching
quite like this as the whales breach in your backyard during the winter season.
Spend your days lounging in the private heated swimming pool, or napping in the
hammock. There's a hot tub located in a tropical setting, perfect for soaking
your muscles after a day of catching waves. Experience outdoor grilling and
dining al fresco with a large outdoor table that has seating for eight, and a
large propane grill. Create your own unforgettable memories at Hawaiiana Hale!

Shopping and dining are abundant in the Ka'anapali area. Whalers Village and
many resorts located just minutes away offer dining, shopping, and
entertainment. Head North to enjoy Napili town and its unsurpassable snorkeling
waters. The Westside of Maui is known for its beautiful waters, glorious
weather, and endless entertainment. Hawaiiana Hale provides some of the most
luxurious accommodations in the heart of paradise! Some repeat guests also know
the home as the "Golden Glow".

*As of Jan. 2021 Bill SB 2571 went into effect, and Hawai'i is now the first
State to ban non 'reef safe' sunscreen in an effort to protect our reefs and
marine life. Please help us with this important legislation and purchase either
'reef safe' sunscreen before you travel, or wait until you're on Maui where
you'll find a great selection readily available.
*It's also illegal to approach, touch, or harass sea turtles and monk seals in
Hawai'i, both in and out of the ocean. They are protected by the 'Endangered
Species Act.' Non-compliance may result in a steep fine and/or imprisonment.

Your cooperative respect for Hawai'i marine life is important, and appreciated,
as together we can make a difference!

POLICIES


CANCELLATION POLICY



HILuxuryRentals requires e-mail notification for all cancellations.

For all reservations, monies are non-refundable within 60-120 days of check-in.

CANCELLATION PERIODS:

Pacific View Estate, Garuda, and Hawaiiana Hale cancellations 60+ days prior to
arrival are refundable with a 10% refund fee.

Kaanapali Beachfront Estate, cancellations 120+ days prior to arrival are
refundable with a 10% refund fee.

Please e-mail jodie@hiluxuryrentals.com within the cancellation period and we
will be happy to process your cancellation and refund less a 10% cancellation
fee.

Please be further advised that the Property Manager is not responsible for
construction or neighbor noise, as these are risks that are inherent when
renting a vacation rental. We are unable to control these factors, and this
agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of these issues.
There shall be no cancellation for construction noise or for neighbor issues of
any kind.

To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as
illness, we recommend that customers purchase travel insurance.

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the unlikely event that Maui mandates any revised terms prior to your arrival
ie: shutdown or quarantine required for all travelers, you are eligible for a
one-time cancelation, or a 100% credit towards a future stay, providing new
travel dates are within one year of your contracted dates within this Rental
Agreement.

If the Customer complains about the condition of the rental, the amount of
Security Deposit being withheld, and or the service they received from the
Property Manager and or Property Manager’s employees or contractors, the
Property Manager and Customer will do their best to work to reach a mutually
acceptable resolution.

Acceptance of any change to a booking after a confirmation has been issued is
subject to approval and acceptance by the Property Manager of the rental.




DEPOSIT POLICY



A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. 50% is based on Rent, Taxes & Fees.
Balance payment is due 120- 60 days prior to arrival. 50% is based on Rent,
Taxes & Fees and 100% of Security Deposit.

BALANCE PAYMENT DUE DATES:
120 days prior to arrival- KA'ANAPALI BEACHFRONT ESTATE
60 days prior to arrival- KA'ANAPALI LUXURY ESTATE, PACIFIC VIEW ESTATE, GARUDA
ESTATE & HAWAIIANA HALE.

For bookings arriving within BALANCE DUE DATE, full payment is due upon booking.

Bookings are not confirmed until the Signed Contract and Payment are accepted in
writing. Once a booking is accepted, you will receive an email stating your
reservation is confirmed.



Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays. Please select your dates on our
online booking calendar for an exact quote.

THE PROPERTY, LOCATION AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER (JODIE) …

The property, location, and the property manager ( Jodie ) were above what we
could have ever imagined. The house is beautiful, and up to date with lots of
new technology, but still has a lot of charm to it. The daily cleaning team was
awesome, as was Eric the Asst property manager. Jodie was awesome prior to our
arrival, her recommendations for activities, pre-stock groceries etc. were all
spot on! The house location could not be better, walk to breakfast places, happy
hour places, and even a food truck venue. It was my wifes's 60th birthday and we
took the adult children and their significant others, we could not have had
better accommodations or a better location. Chef Peter ( Maui Private Chef )
came to the house twice, and besides cooking amazing meals, and having us try
some local foods, he became our friend, highly recommend Chef Pete! Jodie/Eric,
thank you for everything, every dream came true during this vacation.
Exceptional in every facet. See you again!

This lovely home was immaculate and inviting. The pool, hot tub and BBQ gazebo
were great. Hearing the surf and seeing the beautiful gardens was wonderful. The
kitchen was well stocked and very useful. Everyone that helped us before and
during our stay was welcoming and wonderful.

The booking experience, with Jodie, was friendly and seamless. Jodie was
fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to be sure we had all we needed
and wished for during our stay. Eric greeted us upon arrival and was incredibly
personable, helpful and knowledgeable. He was always available during our stay
for any questions we had. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. We
truly felt at home and at ease. The linens, and all the other creature comforts,
were amazing. The housekeepers did a lovely job each morning. The kitchen is so
well laid out for anyone who loves to cook and entertain, tons of space and
every kitchen item under the sun. Even the outdoor grill was spotless. I could
carry on endlessly, but let's just say we will definitely be back!! Highly
recommend.

My family rented this property for a week over Thanksgiving and we could not
have asked for anything more. The house is incredibly beautiful, and right on
Kaanapali beach. The house has every amenity you could think of, the property
manager Jodie is responsive and welcoming, and the daily housekeeping was
awesome. It was the perfect place for our kids who loved playing in the pool all
day while the adults relaxed with tropical drinks! All in all, a fantastic trip,
and we hope to be back someday!


AS WE ENTERED THE GATES OF THE HOME WE ALL KNEW WE WERE IN FOR AN EXPERIENCE OF
A LIFETIME.

Hawaiiana Hale is spectacular! As we entered the gates of the home we all knew
we were in for an experience of a lifetime. From the well-appointed home to the
amazing sunsets there was nothing more we could have asked for with the
exception of another week! Also Jodie, Eric and Ian were so patient and helpful
as we tried to make decisions on grocery stocking services and in-house chefs.
Without their support and guidance, I'm not sure if we would have made it to
Maui! We can't wait to start planning our next visit! Mahalo

This was one of the most amazing properties we have been to and the view is
spectacular. Sunsets were gorgeous and center stage. The house was very well
appointed and nothing was left wanting. Jodie was awesome and extremely helpful
from recommending chefs to helping have groceries stocked when we got there. I
cannot recommend this property enough!!

What an incredible week we had at 40 Kai Ala!!! From the minute we passed thru
the gates we were blown away! The grounds and the home were amazing! Jodie had
everything perfectly set up for us including the welcoming beautifully lit
Christmas tree and stockings! All the people we came in contact with who were
working at the house were attentive and very friendly and helpful!! Jodie and
her staff were more than accommodating with everything we asked!!! We absolutely
hated to leave! It was an incredibly special time for us to spend with our whole
family!

The house was beautiful and spacious. The backyard and pool were absolutely
stunning. They provided a perfect backdrop for watching the gorgeous Maui
sunsets. Jodie was fantastic and made our check-in a breeze. She also connected
us with a very helpful concierge who set up activities from a luau to lunch at
Mama’s Fish house. This was a very special week... as it was Thanksgiving and my
Dad’s 80th birthday celebration. I couldn’t have asked for a more
well-appointed, better situated, lovely home to make a week full of memories.
Thank you Jodie and Eric for your help and coordination in making it a dream
trip for our family.

The location of this home was truly perfect. The home was gorgeous. Easy access
to the beach, grocery stores and water activities while allowing enough privacy
for our family. Our group consisted of 6 adults (4 college age kids) and my
husband and I. We settled into the house rather easily and with a kitchen that
had everything you could possible need to make dinners at home, we opted to
enjoy cooking at home and dinners on the patio. We absolutely adore Jodie, the
manager. She was quick to respond to any questions and gave great tips on dining
out options when we got lazy and didn't want to cook dinner at the home. The
house cleaning staff was very courteous and extremely thorough with cleaning the
large home every day. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We will be back and
Jodie will be our "go to". Mahalo~The Mello Family

This impressive estate truly is a piece of your own paradise! The amazing views,
a long stretch of white sandy beach and all the amenities it has to offer, it is
