We’re looking for a Rockstar Media Buyer with substantial ecommerce experience, someone… * who can be both a media buyer and copywriter * who can rapidly produce the copy required and test eCommerce products for scale for our ecom company and clients * specialising in ecommerce across all stages of the buyer’s journey (TOF, MOF and BOF) * very familiar with Rapid-fire Testing method in Facebook Here’s the exact job description: At xAgency, our Marketing Team is the “tip of the spear” that drives the success of the entire company. And as a Media Buyer, you will be standing at the very point of that spear. You are expected to be a relentless marketer responsible for generating sales and profit DAILY. Success in this role requires a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals, constant study of our client avatar, and knowledge of the Facebook ads ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for one or more of our high converting funnels with a set monthly budget and KPIs. You’ll be required to research and write your own ad copy, as well as work with our in-house Creative Team to source the best creative assets for your ads. You will be optimising ads and funnels to help xAgency grow from a 6 figure business to a 7 figure business while gaining invaluable experience. We are NOT looking for someone to train. We are looking for someone who can actually operate at a similar level as ourselves, but has more capacity and experience in Facebook marketing. You’ve got to be able to hit the ground running from DAY ONE. You should be comfortable in managing over 10k per amount in adspend and up to 100k per month. To excel in this role: * You’ll need to be methodical in your approach to find marketing strategies that work. * You’ve got to be a team player, we’re not just generating sales here, we’re creating opportunities for people to change their lives with our services; there’s no room for ego. * You’ve got to be coachable.
