Services and websites, to send e-mails on our behalf, and to provide related
analytics, forecasting, and optimization services. Most of the third-party
advertising and data companies we work with are members of the Network
Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) and/or the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”).

operating system, with our partner/service provider, LiveRamp Inc. LiveRamp
returns an online identification code that we may store in our first-party

with advertising companies to enable interest-based and targeted advertising. To

This Policy only addresses the use and transfer of information that we collect
from you. To the extent that you disclose any information to other parties,

Internet, different policies will apply and DALN will not be responsible for the
use or dissemination of such information. Our Services may offer social network

How Can You Opt-Out of Receiving Our Promotional Communications?

We will retain your personal information and non-personal information for as it

any time (including prior to any specific retention timeframe we may
communicate), except as set forth in any other agreement or document executed by
both you and Us concerning the same or as required by law.

For certain services and options, we require you to register a profile with us
online and provide information including, but not limited to, your name, street
address, city, state, zip code, (collectively, "Registration Information").

You may be able to change or delete some of your Registration Information and
may be able customize your subscription(s) by logging in to
myaccount.dallasnews.com.

To delete your profile, please submit a request to Customer Care.

What Safeguards Do We Put in Place to Protect Your Personal Information?

DALN does its best to maintain reasonable safeguards to protect the security and
integrity of the Personal Information that you provide to us. However, no
security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our
database nor can we guarantee that the Personal Information you supply will not
be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. We are not
liable for any damages that may result from a security breach. For purposes
described in this Policy, Personal Information may be transferred to, processed,
stored, and accessed by us, our affiliates, and our service providers in the
United States and in jurisdictions where any of us may operate. Courts and other
authorities in these jurisdictions may, in certain circumstances, be entitled to
