Safety Set Consultings Principal is ISO 45001:2018 (CQI/IRCA) certified to
audit, write and implement OSHM systems to world standard. Our consultancy
specialises in risk mitigation across both routine and counter threat, reducing
your exposure and enhancing your reputation.

Our primary objective in operating within this space is to continually raise the
bar on operational safety.

A goal we are passionate and committed to achieving by providing pragmatic
solutions, working collaboratively with you to enhance safety and reduce risk.

What we do:

All policy is written, implemented and conducted to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO
31000:2009 standard.

Provide specialist auditing across the risk spectrum.

Assess, write and implement health and safety systems across all nature of
organisations, light industry, heavy industry, general business construction,
festivals & events.

Provide onsite external monitoring and safety management for all operations.

Issue an internationally recognised safety certification identifying you as a
safe compliant organisation.

Conduct risk assessments of crowded places/mass gatherings inclusive of
terrorist threats, recommend and assist in implementing mitigations against an
ever increasing threat.

Conduct workshops and training across operational risk management.

Where applicable, our services and operations dovetail into our ‘counter threat’
entity, Section 646 to ensure full and total cover is provided.

Background: 

Safety Set Consulting is owned and managed by Warwick Hall, Warwick has a strong
analytical and systems background gained from time in both the New Zealand
Military and Police.

He is a skilled investigator; complimented with formal training in problem
solving, negotiation, facilitation, mediation and conflict resolution and
behaviour detection.

With this background, and seventeen years experience working in New Zealand and
around the world, he offers a practical common sense approach to achieving a
safer environment.

Warwick’s formal qualifications include:

 * Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management
 * Diploma in New Zealand Policing
 * Certified ISO:45001:2018 Lead Auditor (CQI/IRCA)
 * Approved Department of Conservation Auditor
 * Certified Festival and Event Executive (International Festivals and Events
   Association)
 * New Zealand Representative -International Festivals and Events Association
 * Certified trainer and assessor – medical and industrial
 * Terrorism Studies, St Andrews University (in train)

Warwick serves on the World Board of Directors of the International Festivals
and Events Association and is an ex Board Member of the New Zealand Events
Association.

He is also a member of the IFEA Global Roundtable Council, a global industry
advisory source with representatives from twenty countries.

Having worked with events and businesses in New Zealand and around the world of
all shapes and sizes, Warwick’s  broad experience combined with formal training
places his credentials above reproach as a specialist in operational risk and
