    Raise your hand in-lane or place your bid on ADESA LiveBlock as usual. The
    only difference is the vehicles will not be running through the sale lane.

 1. Why are we incorporating virtual sales?
    Safety is our #1 priority. By incorporating virtual sales, we’ll reduce the
    risk of sale-day accidents and create a safer environment for you and our
    employees.

 1. Additional key details:
    
    * Operational flow remains as is
    * Vehicle information, photos and condition reports are displayed in-lane
      and on LiveBlock via in-lane monitors
    * Vehicles are staged at the home physical auction for preview on sale day
      1. Information and descriptions of vehicles streaming from other auction
         sites will be available on ADESA.com
      2. Easily scan barcodes for VIN-level details
    * Auctioneer and Ringman still facilitate the sale
