Navigation and keeping up with favorites is easy. I do wish that you could
search through messages and search by order number instead of just scrolling til
you find it. The only search is for products. Great app for shopping off the
grid. But if you have an issue, it is impossible to quickly find what you need
to resolve it.

You can't go back in the app without completely starting the search process
over. Once you reach the payment page, it takes you to a blank page and doesn't
acknowledge that you've submitted a payment. I waited hours after trying to
resubmit several times... nothing ... just the same blank page. The prices
change and jump to items you didn't click on. Customer service is nonexistent
when you click on "chat us" it takes to the apps home page. The app is just full
of bugs and issues, a headache.

Prices for most things are somewhat less v expensive. App is well laid out and
easy to use. They provide an enjoyable shopping/ buying experience. And thus far
appear to be running a legitimate site not in favor of scams and rip offs.
Orders take a bit longer unless you can opt for upgraded shipping. Wasn't a
choice with my seller. However DHGATE has been extremely responsive and
informative of the shipping process. And seem genuinely concerned about easing
buyers worries.
