After experiencing a cyberattack in early October, Estes has been working 24/7
to bring our IT systems back up securely and safely. We are pleased to report
that many of our core systems are again operational following the implementation
of additional security measures. 

Thanks to the resiliency, collaboration, and ingenuity of our team, there has
not been a moment when we were unable to move freight or support our employees’
livelihood. And each day, we’re getting closer to returning to business as
usual.

OUR PROGRESS

Here’s a look at our steady progress in restoring our systems, as of October 11,
2023:

 * Phone and email service has been restored at our terminals. Until our website
   is fully functional, you can locate the phone number and email for your local
   terminal here
 * Customer Care and individual employee emails are also back up. After
   employing rigorous additional security measures, customers may now correspond
   with us via email, and do so safely.
 * Chat is available. Look for the yellow chat button in the lower right-hand
   corner below to chat with us during business hours.
 * EDI communications are restored. We can receive and process customer 204
   pickup requests and 211 BOLs via normal EDI channels; customers will receive
   214 tracking notifications and 210 invoicing when proper updates to the
   freight bill occur. 
 * Many of our core operations systems are online to cut freight bills, update
   PROs, create manifests, and effectively manage equipment.
 * Most importantly, your freight is continuing to move efficiently through our
   network.
