ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL BAD FAITH, LIES, AND ABUSES OF POWER



Anne Arundel county pet lovers, you need to be aware that AAco Animal Control is
not what they seem. Led by a few bad actors, rejects from the police department,
these individuals exploit the lack of oversight to exert power over others. They
do this to make themselves feel better about their lives, which have been empty,
and will continue to be so.




If one of the following things has happened to you or someone you know, you may
be entitled to substantial financial compensation! All of these are actual
things that Anne Arundel County Animal Control has done.







 1.  Excessive animal control citations

 2.  Animal control officers lying at dangerous dog hearings

 3.  Animal control refusing to return your pet

 4.  Perjury (provable with witnesses and video evidence) on the witness stand
     during a criminal animal cruelty trial.

 5.  Being charged outside the statute of limitations with things that aren't
     crimes.

 6.  Being convicted outside the statute of limitations for things that aren't
     crimes.

 7.  Rabies.

 8.  Discrimination based on someone's ethnicity.

 9.  Animal control going after the German shepherd dog of a young woman after
     the dog broke his leg being hit by a car, hounding her to euthanize her
     dog, based on the emotional whims of the shelter administrator who felt
     that a dog was "suffering" and needed death if they had a broken leg and
     wouldn't get surgery.
     
     1. The dog was recovering and was in stable condition with a splint. The
        young woman had lost her fiancé a couple months prior to a drug overdose
        and the dog was her lifeline.
     
     2. While taking the dog to a vet in another county, Animal control got a
        search and seizure warrant and rolled up on the vet and the woman.
     
     3. Animal control told the vet to euthanize the dog, and pressured the
        young woman to sign a consent form or they wouldn't let her say goodbye
        to her dog.
     
     4. They killed her dog and completely traumatized the young woman in the
        process.
     
     5. After 2 months, they charged her with animal neglect.
     
     6. The young woman, a recovering addict, was completely devastated and
        heartbroken to the point of being suicidal. She relapsed and went back
        down the path of addiction.

 10. After exhausting every alternative and coming up empty, resulting in you
     making the difficult decision to surrender your pet, have you ever
     surrendered your pet to animal control only to be charged with animal
     neglect months later?

 11. Animal control infecting your dog with parvo due to their own negligence,
     where vet techs, who had come into contact with a dog sick with parvo
     earlier in the day, neglected safety protocols, resulting in them infecting
     a bystander's dog during their vaccine clinic. This resulted in the death
     of said dog. After which, animal control took the dog's remains and charged
     the owner with animal neglect with an affidavit that didn't make any sense,
     likely written just to cover their own rears.

 12. Have you gone to the animal shelter for something only to be pulled aside
     by an animal control officer, an older man with a creepy vibe? Did he try
     to intimidate you?

 13. Were you lied to and manipulated by this man and others?
