              will NOT go down, but the fire department loses funding.&nbsp; This sales tax would be up for grabs. The developers have pressured the City of Pflugerville into capturing that money. This plan was revealed with an agenda item in an
              August 2024 city council meeting, creation of a Development District. There is zero mention of EMS of public safety. Developers want to fund a development district, with public safety funds.</div>

The Pflugerville community has a decision to make.  A ballot referendum that
