ABOUT MANUEL FRANCO

My name is Manuel Franco, was born in Milwaukee, have been playing Powerball
since I turned 18, and bought my first ticket on my 18th birthday. Luckily for
me, I am a winner of the $768 million Powerball Jackpot and had to set up this
