FIRST crime : A civil servant of the Quebec goverment working for the Quebec CSST - CNESST name Robert BOULERICE falsified my medical diagnosis ... the document is here : doc 1 On this document (doc 1) Robert BOULERICE wrhoted that the diagnosis of my doctor was lumbar sprain ... well this is false and completly wrong, Dr. VANIER M.D. already had diagnosed two herniated lumbar discs with over a lumbar strain and the CSST had already accepted the diagnosis of double herniate disc in their first decision ... doc 2 My doctor made this diagnosis with the confirmation of a positive CT-SCAN that showed the hernias on radiology images and reported by the radiologist. Doctor VANIER M.D. even reported a bilateral sciatica witch is a red flag in medecine for an emergency surgery (usely, a herniated disc cause a sciatica in a single leg while a bilateral sciatica suggest a ruptured disc ... big difference). This government fraud have been exposed by Radio-Canada TV back in 1996 .... the video is on YouTube at : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LST8tKkq49w SECOND crime : Few days after the Quebec government accepted my claim (doc 1), an office doctor name Benoit FLEURY M.D. of the CSST started a dispute of the diagnosis they already accepted, he wrhoted a new document forcing me to be exam by an orthopedist (Dr. Paul MAILHOT) working exclusively for the Quebec government at the CSST. Dr. Benoit FLEURY suggest on this document that I had a ''personnal arthrosis condition'', this doctor never meet me and no medical documents ever suggest arthrosis ... doctor benoit FLEURY document is here THIRD crime : Of course, Dr. PAUL MAILHOT orthopedist follow the suggestion of doctor B. FLEURY and denied the herniated disc and conclude to an ''arthrosis personnal condition'' ... here is his fake and false medical expertise with wrong diagnosis (Mailhot expertise) I say ''wrong diagnosis'' because Dr. MAILHOT conclude that there are no herniated discs ... but these ruptured discs underwent a surgery by neurosurgeon Dr. Robert LEFRANÇOIS ( proof 1 and proof 2 ) at Sacré-Coeur Hospital in Montreal. FOURTH crime : By law, when the diagnosis of the worker doctor don't match with the diagnosis of the CSST doctor, an other doctor receive the mandate to arbitrate between the two different diagnosis. This is where the first crime come into action, the CSST ask to doctor Louis E. ROY neurologist to arbitrate between a lumbar twist - VS - a lumbar twist (beacuse my doctor diagnosis have been falsified by Robert BOULERICE of the Quebec CSST). Without this fraud, the real question would have been : ''do I suffer from two herniated discs or a simple lumbar twist with personal arthrosis condition? With a fake question we receive a fake answer ! Here is the false and fake medical expertise produce by corrupt and criminal Dr. LOUIS E. ROY neurologist. FIFTH crime : With the wrong conclusion of Doctor Louis E. ROY neurologist, the Quebec CSST render a new decision, declare me suit to work, without any fonctional limitation and for them I was supposetly ill, so this wrong government decision forced me to go back to work. As a toolmaker and machinist in the aerospace Industrie, for ten week I have been forced to work with parts that weighted from 75 to 125 pounds (57 kilos) by my employer name Louis TARDIF at Co. PERFORMANCE LT Inc. THis crook and criminal testified in court, on oath, that they new that I was not suit to work, he saw me almost paralyse but he wanted me to quit my job so he stick with heavy weights (57 kilos) for 10 week, this is criminal because he new and saw my real medical condition, here is the testimony in court by Mr. Serge MORIN vice president of Performance LT Inc.
