In this three part roundtable series our moderator Shola Kaye -  author of two
books and an award-winning international speaker on Communication, Inclusive
Leadership and Empathy at Work. Her work has appeared in a variety of industry
journals, she’s a LinkedIn Learning instructor, and her clients include The
United Nations and Deloitte.  

In this roundtable series we will  deep dive into the topic of empathy. We will
cover how we can better build an empathetic culture within our organizations,
train our leaders to lead with empathy and how we can use this to better support
DE&I initiatives.

Session 1

Creating an Empathetic Company Culture: How important is empathy when it comes
to creating a thriving workplace and driving business results?

We all know the benefits of building a culture of empathy; whether it’s to
promote a better sense of collaboration, better working relationships or helping
organizations identify their leaders - but how can we strategically build and
integrate this successfully to track results?

In this session we will cover:

👉 What is an empathetic culture?

👉 How important is empathy within your organisation?

👉 What can we do to integrate this into our culture?

👉 What are the challenges and how do we overcome them?

👉 How can we track for results?
