I have the latest version and it does not let me see who accepted my request. It
just says "someone has accepted your request click here to see their profile"
then it redirects to my request without any information on who accepted it. It
is very frustrating. Overall lots of glitches, redirects to blank pages etc. A
great concept poorly executed. I would not recommend this app and service.

I can't believe you have to pay a subscription to hire anyone from this app (and
website). It's 1 thing to have a subscription to pay for their "convenient"
messaging system but you can't even get someone's phone number to hire them or
browse available caretakers. Their business model should be fee per hire based
or Freemium based but to have to pay that much on a monthly or yearly basis is
outrageous. And no where on the app or site explicitly tells you that a
subscription is mandatory for use.

Things were good last time I used the app. Not anymore. I am a premium
subscriber. I have sent messages and my notifications tell me I have a response
but when I get into the app there is my message. Since the update my photo is no
longer accepted and trying to message another person I get an error that it
won't work and try again. Then it deleted all I wrote. So frustrating! Yesterday
someone showed active yesterday and now it's showing they haven't been active
for months. What's true?
